RTC places a full-time quality assurance manager and inspector on the site of each project of significant size. On smaller projects, each project manager is charged with the responsibility of carrying out an effective quality assurance effort. This is an important function to RTC since we realize our success in establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers will depend in large part on how our customers and the public perceive our construction activities and management.

 

To accomplish this, each project manager is given the authority to allocate resources as necessary and react to customers’ requests. Each foreperson’s response to our customers’ needs is continuously monitored. We expect daily inspection and clean-up procedures to be completed. We make every effort to respect the homeowners in our plant placement and restoration activity. When we complete a project, our goal is an enthusiastic customer recommendation based on the quality of our work, our professionalism, and our commitment to our customer.
